Do you take my insurance?
We’re in-network with Blue Shield, UnitedHealth, Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Kaiser PPO, and Humana. Don’t see yours? Call us — we can usually still help.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Same-day visits open daily at 7 AM. New-patient first visits open within a week. Mental-health intake within 7–10 days.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes — for primary care, mental health, dermatology follow-ups, and prescription refills. In-person required for first visits.
What if I have a question after hours?
Call our on-call line. A real provider — not a service — answers 7–10 PM weekdays and 9 AM–5 PM weekends.
Is my information private?
Yes. Cura is HIPAA-compliant. We never share patient data with marketers or insurance brokers. Our portal uses end-to-end encryption.
